Kelly is one of those Texans who is as strong and dependable as she is feminine and playful. She is known by her large extended family and her whole neighborhood as the one to call when a child needs a ride to school, someone needs a visitor in the hospital or a pet needs care when home alone. When she wears the title, “Customer Service Obsessive” she can run an office, negotiate a deal and shepherd the computer-challenged.
